Cobalt IDE and Language Change Log

Change Log Overall:
- Print Function complete.
- Variables complete.
- You can assign same variable names for other files.
- You can assign a variable to a variable.
- Variables are stored inside their file.
- Can print strings.
- File system complete.
- Concat complete.

Coming features and Updates for the IDE:
- Scroll through tabs.
- Set range of colors for tabs.
- Fix ruler (doesn't work if you backspace a newline). Fix'd
- Build the output window.
- Build the error window.
- Syntax Highlight.

Coming features and Updates for Cobalt Language:
- Implement the IF/ELSE control structure in cobalt.
- Implement Errors.
- Implement Variable Redefinition. Completed

Update.

I optimized it a bit. Runs much better. Collision need to be worked on a bit more. However, I'm currently working on something else so it might be a while till the next update. I just wanted to let you guys know that I didn't give up on this yet. :D
